Exciting Position :
We are currently looking for a passionate individual who wishes to join the team as a Production Coordinator for the Festival. Team spirit, authenticity, and creativity are part of the organization’s DNA.
Under the supervision of the General Director, the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the setup of the Festival, which will take place from March 19 to 23, 2025. The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Coordinating activities related to the Festival
- Integrating, updating, and tracking necessary information in project management tools (schedule, Festival calendar, Zone Festival database)
- Organizing meetings related to Festival activities, drafting minutes, and ensuring follow-ups
- Ensuring clear communication of information with all team members
Production coordination is supported by a Production Assistant and a Ticketing Assistant.
We are looking for someone with a particular interest in organization, who has a collaborative leadership style, is autonomous and creative. The person should also be comfortable learning new digital tools.

- A college diploma (DEC) in administration, production, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; experience in project coordination
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated skills in work organization and planning
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle confidential information
- Team spirit and autonomy
- Proficiency in using different computer platforms; mastery of Mac environment, Office Suite, Canva, knowledge of databases, and general ease with digital tools are major assets

The organization Caravane Films Productions produces the REGARD Festival and its associated activities.
