Synopsis

It’s pouring down with rain at the funeral. There’s a lot of crying, too much wine, several woodpeckers and a couple of dreams that fill in the gaps.

Morten studied animation in Estonian Academy of Arts and made two films in the process. Since the end of his studies, he has been working for Eesti Joonisfilm, where he directed three films together with Lucija Mrzljak – Demonstration of Brilliance in Four Acts, The Stork and Eeva.
Lucija Mrzljak

Lucija Mrzljak (1990, Zagreb) is a Croatian animation film director and illustration artist based in Tallinn, Estonia. In 2016, she completed her MA in animation in Estonia as a student of Priit and Olga Pärn. Her student films Shuma and Kut were screened and awarded at numerous film festivals around the world.
