Synopsis
Americana Award winning film offered by the Centre de solidarité internationale du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean
While a gamer uploads a testimonial video to denounce the harassment she suffers in a war video game, a stranger enters her home and hacks her computer, blurring the boundaries between the real and virtual worlds.

Valeria HofmannValeria is a screenwriter and director focusing on technology and media issues. As part of MAFI, she co-directed Propaganda (2014) and Dios (2019); both films premiered at Visions Du Réel. In 2019, she studied at Master LAV in Madrid, where she directed The Ram´s Nap (2020), presented at FICUNAM and Malaga IFF, among other festivals. AliEN0089 is her first fiction short.
