In post-production with his latest feature Viking, Stéphane Lafleur (Tu dors Nicole, Continental: un film sans fusil) will be at REGARD for a one-on-one, informal, intimate talk with the inimitable Manon Dumais. Versatile artist and one-of-a-kind filmmaker, this will be an opportunity to look back on his career, his influences and the ease with which he switches between distinct universes.

STÉPHANE LAFLEUR
Stéphane Lafleur is a filmmaker, screenwriter, editor and musician. He has directed the films Continental – Un film sans fusil, En terrains connus and Tu dors Nicole, in addition to editing a number of short and feature films (La déesse des mouches à feu, Monsieur Lazhar, Le démantèlement, etc). He is also a singer-songwriter in the folk group Avec pas d'casque and the instrumental projects feu doux and Émérance. He is currently in post-production with his fourth feature, Viking, release date unknown.
